We carry passengers' luggage on our scheduled routes, all the way out to the rural stops. Call the inspector for your side to arrange it and confirm the charge or come with it to our offices for a safe and secure loading before it hits the rank.

How do I hire a whole bus?

Fill in the booking form on this page, or call Patience on 0772 679 680. Tell us the date, where you are starting from, where you are going and how many passengers, and we will come back to you.

Where is my bus right now?

Call the inspector for your side of the country. Bulawayo side: Inspector Mike on 0773 299 269. Mount Darwin side: Inspector Magunje on 0772 232 488. Our buses are GPS tracked and our inspectors follow them 24/7.

What time does the bus leave?

Our timetable shows the times we normally keep on the Mount Darwin side, and marks which bus is leaving next. Roads and loading can move a departure, so ring the inspector for your side to confirm today's time before you travel.

How much is the fare?

Fares change from time to time, so we would rather give you the current price over the phone. Call the inspector for your side for a seat, or Patience for a whole-bus hire quote.

Is there WiFi on the bus?

Yes. Our coaches carry Starlink satellite WiFi and it is free for passengers, so you stay connected even on the rural stretches where there is no mobile signal.

Can you carry a parcel for me?

Yes. We carry travelling customers' luggage on our scheduled routes. Call the inspector for your side to arrange it or visit our offices with your luggage for secure loading.

Do you go to a town that isn't on your route list?

Our 18 scheduled routes are listed above. For anywhere else in Zimbabwe, you can hire a whole coach and we will plan the trip around your dates and pick-up points.

Where are your offices, and when are you open?

We are at 19548 Kelvin North, Graniteside, Harare. The office is open every day from 7 AM to 7 PM, and our buses are on the road 24 hours a day.
